The lifting and loading of tons of loads has some risks that come along with it. Oftentimes lifting equipment and accessories fail to
do the assigned task, and such failure results in loss of both property and human life. The failure of lifting equipment during lifting
operations are usually due to human carelessness, error in assembling of different parts and defect in the particular equipment.
In order to avoid these dangerous hazards and losses, all lifting equipment owners and users should inspect their equipment thoroughly prior
to use. A thorough inspection is the best way to make sure that the device is safe and fit for purpose.
